Just Breathe

Oil on canvas with painting knife.--I just discovered it and it's so much fun! I am a little awkward with the knife but for a first time I think this turned out okay.

The original drawings of these paintings are from some art books I have. Painting water is such a challenge for me so I forced myself to try these two scenes.

I'm especially proud of this one as I made the canvas frame all by myself! Ok, so it didn't turn out as nice as the ones you buy, but it's still an accomplishment for me.
